Computer Valet
Computer valet is just like a car valet.
The build up of dust and dirt in a desktop computer can be hugely detrimental to the good running order of the system and can eventually lead to system failure. The Valet only service includes an external clean with professional quality cleaning materials and an internal hover of your internal system components.

Health Check - alongside the valet service we will also run a full diagnostic on your system, checking for virus, Trojens and spyware as well as defragmenting your hard drive for speed and clean the windows reg files. Once that is complete we will update your system with any relevant service updates/patches.

Collection & Delivery
Collection of your PC/Laptop by our staff or insured courier and delivery back to you once the required job is completed. Collection service is available Monday to Friday. For more information please email us.
We can arrange collection of your item via our couriers in a secure container and re-deliver the item for a SMALL FEE. We will then inspect and assess your item and provide a fixed price quotation. If you wish to proceed, we will require payment for repair once the repair has been carried out. If you do not wish to proceed with repair or the item cannot be repaired, we will return the item within the initial cost SMALL FEE. However, if the item cannot be repaired, we may offer you a cash price for the item for use as spares. Additionally, we can dispose of the item, meeting the WEEE regulations.
You can, of course, deliver & collect your item in person to/from our site and we will provide a quotation for repair.
Onsite Call-Out-Visits to your Home or Office
Contact us to arrange a Call-out-Visit to your home or office by an experienced Engineer to diagnose and repair your system onsite. We operate flexible Call-Out-Visit service which includes visits during the day, evening or weekends at a convinient time to suit you.

We are happy to provide quotations, reports & repairs for insurance purposes.Insurance work is undertaken for both home and business users.

We are pleased to offer repair and upgrade services on all PCs, Laptops and monitors.
Just bring your computer into our shop and it will be booked onto our computerised system.You will be given a check-in receipt. Our Engineers will run basic diagnostic checks and provide you with estimate of the cost. Work will not commence without your approval. our target turnaround time is just two working days, this will vary depending on the nature of your problem and availability of any parts required.
Many issues are software related; Please bring any disks/CDs for your operating system and other software together with any activation keys with your system as this can often save time resolving software relatedf problems.
Please note that our basic diagnostics evaluation (approx. 15 minutes) is free. However more serious faults that require detail diagnostics tests and entail opening items to diagnose power supply, motherboard, CPU, memory faults will require payment for estimation due to the nature of these complex diagnostics. Turnaround times on such items maybe longer.
